The location was fantastic, we were right in the heart of the city with great restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We loved the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom with plenty of amenities.

The noise level was quite high, especially in the corridors where we could hear people talking and doors slamming, making it hard to sleep at times. the room had a bit of an unpleasant smell that seemed to linger even after the windows had been opened.

Some rooms have adjustable heating, fridges, and extra sanitary bags. the bathrooms are clean, and some have good facilities like adjustable showers. Visitors can explore the city center with ease, and the breakfast is good enough for a basic hotel meal.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the prime location at the heart of the city, the helpful staff, and the clean facilities. The hotel is in an ideal spot, within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops.
